Can paying members generate unlimited image editing tasks?
Standard members are not charged credits when Eco mode is enabled, allowing unlimited image generation throughout the active benefit period. Starter members also receive additional Eco credits. Video generation must use Fast credits.
What's the difference between Fast credits and Eco credits?
Fast credits speed up generation, and video generation must use Fast credits. Eco credits can be used for eligible image generation.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course. You can view your subscription in Console → Orders and turn off automatic renewal at any time. If you subscribe again later, the new subscription uses the current price.
Do you support refunds?
Yes. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, with fewer than 20 generation tasks or fewer than 20 credits used during that period. Contact support@omnicreator.net for assistance.
